Step #1 – Sign up for a free assessment by one of our coaches.

Assessments are done Saturday morning at 9am.

Step #2 – Sign Up for Foundations

Safety first. Foundations is a 4 week course designed to teach you the movements of CrossFit and get you ready for regular classes.

Step #3 – Begin your CrossFit classes

That’s it! You’re ready! No matter your experience or skill level you’ll fit right in with the No Shelter CrossFit community.

Been through a WOD or 100?

You already know how great it is. Let us show you how we do things differently.

We only offer Unlimited CrossFit classes at No Shelter CrossFit. We believe you’ll have the biggest impact on your life if you’re free to come whenever works best for you!

Step #3 – Begin your CrossFit classes

That’s it! You’re ready! No matter your experience or skill level you’ll fit right in with the No Shelter CrossFit community.

Dropping in?

Whether you’re visiting from out of town or you’re just trying out new boxes in the area, you’re welcome at No Shelter CrossFit.

Drop-in rates:

  • 1 Day Pass – $15
  • 2 Day Pass – $25
  • 3 Day Pass – $30
  • $5 per day for each additional day
