We like to keep it simple.
Our goal is to help you make the biggest impact on your life. One way we do that is to allow you to maximize the time you spend at No Shelter CrossFit.
We also don’t believe in those nasty contracts that other gyms try to lock you in to. If we aren’t doing our job to bring more quality to your life, then you shouldn’t be stuck paying for it.
All Unlimited CrossFit Classes last about 1 hour and include a group warm up & stretch, a strength or technique work session, accessory work, and a high intensity met-con. All of these things are scaled to your ability to keep you safe.
Foundations
Safety first.
Our Foundations course teaches you the movements that you see in the Unlimited CrossFit Classes. These are 1-on-1 or very small group classes that emphasize safety and proper movement. They also allow us to assess what your limitations might be so we can scale accordingly.
This is a 4 week course with 3 workouts per week.
